It's true. The property was heritage belonging by 6 son.
Abah Eman is the eldest one. The property will be sold since 2002. Because of different need among the others altough abah tried not to be sold but make it as a family dignity by established stronger biz and built with a higer building. But abah can't fight for all family all alone. Abah told me for nowadays the biz in food service are getting weak. So the need tobe sold coming-up again. It would be sold for 2B5. Tax and solicitors would be by both seller and purchaser.
After that abah will concentrating his biz in Tangerang and build some housing in Sukabumi.
Don't worry, someday we can still meet anywhere in Jakarta or so.

Hampir lupa, tadi saya mengobrol dengan pemilik warung bakso yg ada di sebelahnya, dia bilang kalau tempat itu mau dijual & memang saya melihat sendiri tulisan yg tertera diatasnya kalau akan segera dijual, it\\\'s True\\\' or \\\'Not\\\'. If that\\\'s True, sayang sekali yah, padahal kalau ditinjau dari lokasinya kan cukup strategis utk tempat buka usaha, right ? Dan yg membuat saya agak \\\'sedih\\\', kalau benar akan dijual kita nggak akan bisa bertemu dong, aarrgghhh menyebalkan.....!!!
